IB-Yachting offers you the opportunity to buy your own IB-41 or any other boat that you wish and save 28% of the value of the boat. Just imagine you will be able to enjoy navigating when you wish, and IB-Yachting will be in charge of its management when it is not in use. IB- Yachting will also offer the best return on the rental of your boat and because we are constructors the most professional maintenance.

In continuation we will present an example of the results of your investment for the purchase of a IB-41:

Management Period: 5 years renewable annually.

Annual Profitability: a minimum value of 15% of your boat.

You will be able to enjoy your boat during two weeks in season (except the first 3 weeks of August), and whenever the boat is available with a good economic return. This way you can stop worrying about the complex maintenance and pertinent revisions.

IB-Yachting will be in charge of:

   - Full coverage insurance of the boat, and civil responsibility (the beneficiary is the proprietor).
   - Operating ExpensesAnnual docking and anti-vegetative paint of the hull.
   - By purchasing your own boat, you will have saved a value of 28% of the boat, and being that the boat is dedicated to charters no registration taxes (12%) will be paid, and the IVA of (16%) is not liquidated.

There exist 2 formulas of annual profitability:
   - Receive annually 10% of the value of the boat (without IVA).
   - Receive 50% of the net from each contract made, which at the end of the season will give you as a minimum, an annual profitability of 15% of the value of the boat.
The boat maintains a high level in the value of resale after five years since the model is of recent appearance in the market, equipped with the latest technologies and you will have the security of maintaining the boat by IB- Yachting which is the manufacturer.
Being that the contracts are renewable annually, the proprietor will have the freedom to decide if he wishes to continue or not with this yearly management.
In addition you will be able to enjoy the latest boat model completely equipped, and in perfect state during your vacation time.
